Orders & delivery
Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Nationwide delivery is available. Delivery timing can vary by city, courier conditions and product availability. Cash on delivery is collected by the courier.
Returns & damaged parcels
Check the parcel at delivery where the courier permits. Contact the clinic promptly if the wrong item arrives or a sealed product is damaged. Opened wellness products cannot normally be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is defective.
Privacy
We collect only the details needed for screening follow-up, appointment requests and order fulfilment. Health-screening answers are treated as sensitive and should only be accessed by the clinic team. We do not ask for card credentials on this site.
